Gretsch Corvette 60s – Cherry Red

This is a 60s Gretsch Corvette just traded in. I have no idea the history on it. I was gone at the time it was traded in so I didn’t get to talk to the owner about it. It has been completely redone. New guard, pickup, probably the pots as I haven’t looked under the hood yet but will do so when I get a chance. Let me know if I forget and I will post pics of the inside. This is an all mahogany body and neck. It used to have a tremolo but that is long gone and filled in. The bridge has been replaced and relocated forward a little because of the different type of bridge that has adjustable saddles to intonate it correctly. The neck is nice and straight with new frets so it plays great. It sounds awesome. The pickup looks like a Pat number Filtertron reissue. Awesome tone. Comes with a nice soft case.
