Gibson J160-E 1958 – Sunburst

This is a 1958 Gibson J160 E. The P90 pickup sounds great. The tuners appear to be newer gold Klusons that can be changed back easily if you can find some originals. Looks great with the ones that are on it. Also the original adjustable bridge has been removed and filled with a piece of rosewood and then routed for a traditional bridge. I can put all that back if need be as I am a 40 year repairman and have the parts to do all that. It was already done when it was traded in. It still has the grommets for the two bridge posts that raise and lower the original saddle. I felt inside and they are still there. It plays great and looks awesome. I have not cleaned it at all as I have been chewed out for doing so. It has a non original Gibson plush hardshell case.
