Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster *Modded by Bruce Nelson – Sunburst

Here’s a killer modded Fender Eric Johnson Strat in great shape. This guitar was modified by Bruce Nelson of Nelson Guitarworks. Bruce was with Tom Anderson Guitarworks in Southern California for 25 years. He now builds his own instruments. He re-radiused the fretboard to 10″, softened the heavy V carve of the neck, installed stainless steel jumbo frets and refinished the neck with Danish oil (it feels heavenly in the hand, super soft and silky). The pickups where also swapped to Tom Anderson VA7’s in the neck and middle and a VA7+ in the bridge and the cavity is sheilded. (I do have the original EJ pickups and will swap them out if you would rather have it with them. This baby weighs in at 7 lbs 10 oz. I am including the original blonde hardcase with this sale.
