Fender 400 Pedal Steel 50s-60s – Blonde and Black

Here we have a Fender 400 pedal pedal steel late 50s early 60s I believe. It has 8 strings. There are several variances of this model but this one has the most cool pickup of them all in my opinion. It has what looks like a jazzmaster pickup but with 8 pole pieces. Sounds amazing. The tone pot, volume pot and knobs appear to have been changed. All cloth wiring. It has 4 pedals and 1 is missing the cable. The other 3 are hooked up and work but need to be dialed in. I have a call in to my friend Hexx Henderson to find out what they are supposed to do. You can find a video of him playing one on Youtube. It has its original hardshell case. I am going to put new rubber feet on it as two are missing at the moment. What a cool guitar.
